1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern registration and attendance at Edge of Evolution, an immersive retreat held August 13–16, 2026 at 1440 Multiversity, Scotts Valley, California. By completing your registration and purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Edge of Evolution is organized by Harmonic Legacy Institute. Tickets are booked through Universe, our registration platform.

2. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been expressly offered. Prices are listed in USD. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are a parent or legal guardian completing this registration on behalf of a minor with your full consent and authority to do so.

Discount codes (including community codes) must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a transaction is completed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel by June 30, 2026: Full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee.

• Cancel July 1–31, 2026: 50% refund of the total ticket price.

• Cancel August 1, 2026 or later: No refund. Your ticket may be transferred to another person (see Section 4).

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@edgeofevolutionevent.com. The cancellation date is determined by the date your written request is received.

4. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend after August 1, 2026, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant. Transfers must be requested in writing to connect@edgeofevolutionevent.com no later than August 10, 2026. The new attendee must complete any required registration information prior to arrival. Transfers are not permitted after August 10, 2026.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that Edge of Evolution is cancelled or significantly altered by the organizers due to circumstances within our control, registered participants will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closure, public health emergencies, or government mandates), we will make every reasonable effort to offer a credit toward a future event or a partial refund. Edge of Evolution is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with such cancellation.

6. 1440 Multiversity Venue Policies

Your stay at 1440 Multiversity is subject to their separate terms, policies, and code of conduct, which will be communicated to you prior to arrival. Key venue logistics include:

• Check-in: Room assignments available after 3:00 PM on arrival day (August 13). A valid government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required at check-in.

• Checkout: Guests must vacate rooms by 9:00 AM on departure day (August 16). Belongings will be securely held till the program ends. Plan to depart property by 3pm PT

• 1440 Multiversity is not a hotel. Rooms will not be serviced during your stay; additional towels and supplies are available upon request.

• Participants are responsible for communicating specific dietary needs and food allergies to 1440 prior to arrival.

Edge of Evolution is not responsible for any issues arising from 1440 Multiversity's policies, services, or accommodations.

7. Health & Safety

By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in an immersive retreat experience. If you have any health conditions that may affect your participation, please contact us prior to registration.

Edge of Evolution reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the gathering, without refund.

8. Photography & Recording

Edge of Evolution may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials. If you have concerns about this, please contact us at connect@edgeofevolutionevent.com prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge of Evolution and Harmonic Legacy Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
