• Billing and payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

• Room type and accommodation preferences

• Any additional information you voluntarily provide (e.g. dietary needs, accessibility requirements)

We use your information to:

• Process your registration and payment

• Communicate event details, logistics, and updates

• Coordinate your accommodation and meals with 1440 Multiversity

• Send you information about future events (you may opt out at any time)

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to operate the event:

• 1440 Multiversity: We share your name, room selection, and dietary/accessibility needs to facilitate your stay.

• Universe: Our ticketing platform processes and stores registration data. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of participants.

5. Data Retention

We retain your registration information for up to 3 years following the event for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

• Opt out of future marketing communications at any time

Our registration process is intended to be completed by individuals 18 years of age or older. If a minor is attending the event, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration on their behalf. In doing so, the parent or legal guardian consents to the collection and use of their child's information as described in this policy.
